Roll Off Dumpster Rental Details

 

10yd Size:

Approximate demensions: 12' long x 8' wide x 3.5’ tall

 *10yd is available for all loads but REQUIRED for HEAVY MATERIAL LOADS: including Roofing Shingles load or Concrete/Block/Brick demo load*

13yd Size:

Approximate demensions: 12' long x 8' wide x 5’ tall

​

20yd Size:

Approximate demensions: 14’ long x 8' wide x 5.5’ tall

*20yd size is restricted only to LIGHTER MATERIAL LOADS: garbage junk trash home cleanout type items. If construction materials then only lighter materials lumber insulation Sheetrock trim. NO HEAVY MATERIALS IN 20yd size*

Rental Includes: Both Delivery and Pick-up, 7 or 30 Days, and 1 Ton of Waste Fees at Empty-out

 

*Additional Tonnage IF any over the 1 ton of waste disposal fees that is included in rental will be charged for the DIFFERENCE ONLY that is over the included 1 ton. ($90 per ton solid waste, price varies by waste type)

**Additional Days over the 7 days included will be charged at a rate of $5 per day, LIMIT of 7 Additional Days (14 Total) Then a new rental is charged.

***Swap-Outs for a Empty Can Available (Pickup full can & Drop off empty can in its place) which includes 1 ton of Waste Disposal Fees for the new swapped empty can at its next pickup/empty-out

REQUIREMENTS

 

 *NO DIRT **NO METAL *No Stumps or Brush (Contact us for a rate on a Metal-Only Load or Concrete/Block/Brick or Brush/Stump Load specifically)

**Do not fill rolloff containers with heavy materials due to a weight limit of 5 tons. Overloading will require an additional container / equipment.  Additional charges will apply.

​

***Do not stack materials loose over the Top Edge of Dumpster. We need to be able to tarp containers for transport. Turn boards with nails down to guard against damage to our tarp.  Additional charges will apply.

​

*NO METAL ALLOWED IN LANDFILLS* Metal Can NOT be mixed with construction debris materials or trash garbage junk! Contact us for a “METAL-ONLY” Load Dumpster for metal to be recycled! MIXED LOAD WASTE FEE RATE WILL BE  CHARGED IF METAL IS IN DUMPSTER! 
 

Excessive yard waste or brush, cardboard, metal, electronics, and other recyclables can only be handled as separate loads and can not be mixed with household waste for disposal.  Additional charges will apply.

If disposing of Tires they MUST BE OFF THE WHEEL/RIM as bare tires only.  Additional charges will apply.

​

Materials placed in containers MAY NOT INCLUDE any of the following: burning/smoldering or include ash, hazardous, radioactive, lead acid batteries, propane tanks, antifreeze, used oil, wet sludge, regulated medical waste, asbestos, paint or any liquids. *Paint can be dried up with sand , quickrete, or kittylitter and ONCE fully dried placed in container

*NO PROPANE TANKS* Barrels or drums placed in containers must have ends removed or be perforated and flattened.
